ORDERS

All Samuel & Stone Product(s) are made to order and hand finished within 3 weeks.*

DELIVERY

The delivery of your Product(s) is processed within 1 business day of 'Made to Order'* completion. All domestic and international shipments of Samuel & Stone Product(s), are shipped using Sendle courier service. 

All shipping costs are calculated upon checkout*.

Please note, PO Box Addresses will not be accepted, as all shipments require signature on delivery.

Rush Orders*: Are not calculated upon checkout and are subject to approval based on the specific order. To request a rush order please contact our customer service team at info@samuelandstone.com.

All rush orders are at an additional cost of $50.00 AUD (invoiced upon request).

 

    • Domestic Delivery:

       NSW Metro Areas Approx. 2 - 7 Working Days from Order Completion
       NSW Rural Areas

      For expected delivery times to Rural NSW, please process your order at checkout to receive an approximate delivery timeframe. 

      ACT, QLD, VIC, SA, WA, VIC, NT and TAS Metro Areas Approx. 7 - 14 Working Days 
      from Order Completion
      ACT, QLD, VIC, SA, WA, VIC, NT and TAS Rural Areas

      For expected delivery times to Rural ACT, QLD, VIC, SA, WA, VIC, NT and TAS, please process your order at checkout to receive an approximate delivery timeframe.

       

      • International Delivery:

      Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-20 working days)  
      from Order Completion
      Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days) 
      Zone 3 - Rest of the world (25-30 working days) 
      from Order Completion

       

      All Sendle deliveries are 100% carbon neutral.
       

      RETURNS

      • Return Conditions

      Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions listed in term 11(b) of the Samuel & Stone (S&S) Terms & Conditions Policy, if you are unhappy with the Product purchased by you due to change of mind, you may request a credit  for the Product from S&S.

      In order for S&S to be able to provide you with a credit for the Product: 

      1. You must contact S&S within fourteen (14) business days from the date the Product is confirmed to be delivered to you;

      2. The Product must be in its original packaging; and

      3. The Product must not have any damage or any signs of use.

      • Return Procedure 

      The Product(s) must meet the requirements outlined above.
      Please fill out the Samuel & Stone e-boutique Online Returns Form (sent with your original order); Download the PDF here.
      1. Please fill out the the Online Returns Form.

      2. Please email: customerservice@samuelandstone.com a copy of your Online Returns Form, to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#)

      3. All returns must be sent via registered post. Send the completed Online Returns Form referenced with your Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) along with your return Product(s) to:

      1. Once your order has been received, a receipt of delivery will be emailed.

      Disclaimer: 

      Returned Product(s) must be received by SAMUEL & STONE e-boutique at the address above within fourteen (14) business days from the date the Product(s) have been confirmed to be delivered to you.

      Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned Product(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

      Samuel & Stone takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your Product(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Samuel & Stone.

       

      • Credit & Exchange Procedure

      All Product(s) returned to Samuel & Stone are eligible for a credit note for samuelandstone.com.au or exchange of a Product(s) equal to the original purchase amount.

      Credit notes are eligible from day of delivery receipt to Samuel & Stone Returns.
