Made to Order

All Samuel & Stone Product(s) are made to order and hand finished within 3 weeks, unless otherwise notified by the customer service team.

Each Samuel & Stone piece is individually unique leaving its own conscious footprint. As all Samuel & Stone pieces are hand-finished, they may vary slightly to the perfected finished as shown online.

Samuel & Stone does offer rush order processing. This does come at an additional charge. Contact our customer service team at for more information on how to process a rush order.

*Please note that in some cases your order may not be available to be processed as a rush order due to stock availability.


PO Box Addresses will not be accepted, as all Sendle shipments require signature on delivery.

The delivery of your Product(s) is processed within 1 business day of completion. All domestic and international shipments of Samuel & Stone Product(s), are shipped using Sendle courier service.

All shipping costs are calculated upon checkout.

Returns and exchanges

We encourage you to return your Product(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Samuel & Stone. Returns are at the cost and discretion of the customer.

SAMUEL & STONE do not offer refunds on orders.

All Product(s) returned to Samuel & Stone are eligible for a credit note for or exchange of a Product(s) equal to the original purchase amount.

Credit notes and exchanges are eligible from day of delivery receipt to Samuel & Stone Returns.


Our inventory of diamonds with a carat weight of 0.30 or greater, is accompanied with a Diamond Grading Certificate from a reputable grading institute.

Diamond Grading Certificates are an important source of documentation, as they guarantee quality and origin of the diamond you purchased.

For high value diamond purchases, we recommend purchasing certified diamonds so that you can ensure you are get your money’s worth.

More importantly, your Diamond Grading Certificate is a statement of proof that you are purchasing a diamond which is both ethical and conflict-free from an environmentally sustainable source.


SAMUEL & STONE compliment all purchases with a Polishing Cloth to ensure our clients are well equipped to care for their pieces.

For further care, you can soak your pieces at home using warm water and a couple of drops of window cleaner, finish the clean by polishing your pieces dry using your SAMUEL & STONE Polishing Cloth.

To ensure your diamond shines brighter than ever, we suggest to avoid wearing your pieces in water, during active outings, when applying makeup and/or cream(s) and whilst asleep.
